The vision of the Institution is to produce qualified Trained Teachers for the society those who are able to change the society by giving proper Education to the pupils at the school points.
Govt. Elementary Teacher Education Institution, Remuli (Govt. ETEI, Remuli) was established in the year 1964. It serves for the qualitative improvement of Primary Education in Keonjhar District. It was known as C.T. School (Elementary Training School) for Primary Teachers. After that the same school was converted into a Secondary School (STS, Remuli). In the year 2014, the said STS, Remuli was renamed as the Govt. Elementary Teacher Education Institution, Remuli (ETEI, Remuli). It is situated on the State Highway from Keonjhar to Champua. Total area of this ETEI, Remuli is 10.30 Acres.

After completion of 2 years of pre-service Teacher Training all the Pupil Teachers were engage themselves in different schools and working for the betterment for the society by the help of different stake holders of the society.
